I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a great location between Bryant Park, Grand Central, and Times Square, perfect for all the shopping and dining I wanted to do. The service was exceptional, especially from Jenelle, who went out of her way to help us out. However, the rooms could really use an update as they felt a bit tired. The dining options left something to be desired, particularly for breakfast. Overall, it's a decent spot with friendly staff and a good price, but there's room for improvement.
